Abstract

An oroantral fistula (OAF) is an abnormal connection between the maxillary sinuses and oral cavity. As Egyedi described in 1977, BFP had been used the most commonly for the closure of OAF. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of pedicled BFP grafting with double-layered suture in the treatment of OAF.
